Charter Yachts FAQ's
A crewed yacht rental means your charter will include several experienced deck hands to aid with water sports, food preparation and assist with pouring drinks and serving food.
For the most optimal weather and best experience, we charter our yachts April through October, 7 days per week, weather permitting.

Our charters provide complimentary light snacks. However, you may bring your own food and use the BBQ, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and convection oven as needed. Charters are BYOB, but persons in your group must be 21+ to consume liquor.
Depending on the weather, wear clothing that is most comfortable for you. In the early spring and fall months we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket as it is a bit cooler on the water.
Our charter yachts holds up to 6 passengers for an intimate and luxurious experience.
Occasionally we have to cancel charters due to heavy rain and/or high wind speeds. In the event that has to happen, you will be notified and offered to reschedule your trip. There are no cancellations due to rain. Our luxury yacht is equipped with a full hard top in order to maintain your utmost comfort on trips with light to moderate rain. It is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel trips due to inclement weather.

All prices listed on the website are CASH prices. A 3.9% convenience fee will be added when using credit cards.
We offer several different types of yacht charter experiences, each offering views to the beautiful NYC sites such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, iconic NY skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, Yankee Stadium, lighthouses and more.
The Imagine Yacht Charters includes many high-end amenities for your entertainment needs. Included in your charter is full A/C, the latest electronic, BBQ, margarita machine, ice maker, freezer, fridge, Bose sound system, 2 bathrooms, showers, giant sun lounge, shaded areas, TVs and so much more!
While we offer a selection of luxurious amenities, guests are responsible for their own food, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), decorations and any other extra activities not included.
Yes. Our ship is a U.S. Coast Guard certified passenger vessel meeting all federal regulations, safety requirements and holds all industry-standard equipment. Furthermore, our crew and captains are trained to the highest standards in safety. Our boat is equipped with enough lifejackets for all guests and crew.
15% – 20% is the standard gratuity and is much appreciated by our crew!
Groups over 6 passengers have a mandatory 18% gratuity due at booking

No. For the safety of your pup and our crew dogs or pets of any kind (service dogs permitted) are not allowed on board.
No. Our yacht rentals are meant to be luxurious afternoon trips for our guests. We want you to sit back, relax and enjoy!
We ask that all guests are present at our Jersey City, NJ location 15 minutes prior to your agreed upon departure time.
Yes. We have free parking at our Jersey City, NJ location, which is just steps from the marina and our yacht.
The cost of fuel is included in your total price for renting Imagine Yacht, but some longer trips may add a fuel surcharge.
If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend booking at least 3 – 4 months in advance. Last minute bookings are available, but since our season is limited dates are not guaranteed.
